Holiday / Home Boarding / Day Care / Pet Sitting

1) Padifoot Pet Care agrees to provide a high level of service in a respectful and trusting manner. The client will waiver all and any claims against Padifoot Pet Care unless any form of gross negligence was committed on the part of Padifoot Pet Care.

2) Padifoot Pet Care will treat your personal information confidentially and will not pass on your details to any third parties.

3) Padifoot Pet Care cannot be held responsible for any accidents to cats or other pets while unattended.

4) Padifoot Pet Care cannot be held responsible for pets that may bite, escape and suffer an accidental death because of faulty and or insecure doors, cages and fencing whether in Padifoot’s home or clients home.

5) Padifoot Pet Care will not accept aggressive or badly behaved pets at Padifoot’s home or at a staff member’s home. The client agrees to cover all costs in the event their pet should bite a person or any other animal. Should your dog’s behaviour become uncontrollable, destructive or unreasonable, you accept that you are liable to agree to pay the cost of any damage caused by your dog to Padifoot’s home (£40+). Padifoot Pet Care may terminate an engagement immediately if it is reasonably thought that a pet is badly behaved or aggressive either towards humans, animals or property. You will be liable if your pet injures a third party or an employee of Padifoot Pet Care and will be liable to pay for kennel bills.

5.1) Padifoot Pet Care reserves the right to terminate a service with immediate affect due to inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, safety issues and financial issues.

6) Padifoot Pet Care will not be responsible for any keys or money posted through the letter box or left at any location.

7) Padifoot Pet Care business hours are from 07:30 am to 19.30 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 07:30 am to 18:00 pm. Times may vary for weekends if the client is away. If you are delayed without confirming with Padifoot, you will be liable to pay £20 fee.

8) If you are booking less than 48 hours before your departure, Padifoot Pet Care has the right to charge an additional administration fee of £30.

9) Bank holidays are charged at normal rates. However Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day are charged at double the normal rates. Discount applies when catering for the whole Christmas and New Year period.

10) Padifoot Pet Care will only accept payment as cash or bank transfers. If bank transfer, required funds must be made in full and cleared 48 hours prior to service. Deposits are required for all home boarding and pet sitting services at prices shown on the services page. The deposit comes off remaining payment due on day (in cash) which service begins.

11) All clients must ensure that their pets are vaccinated and up to date and must have an appointed veterinarian. The client agrees to reimburse Padifoot Pet Care for any vet care costs if the pets should become sick or injured.

11.1) You must ensure that your pet is in good health from contagious dog illnesses and free from fleas and is adequately wormed. If we believe your pet is not in good health we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice on your behalf (If available) and you will be liable for the veterinary fees.

11.2) If it becomes necessary, your animal will be taken to a veterinary surgeon. You are responsible for any fees that are reasonably incurred during your absence or during the course of an assignment.

12) The client must before handing over the assignment to Padifoot Pet Care make sure they have given full written details in relation to the needs and requirements of your pets. Padifoot Pet Care will not be responsible if full instructions are not given in advance on the assignment. It is of the upmost importance that you give this information in relation to the care of your pets.

12.1) Padifoot Pet Care will rely upon the information you give at your initial booking in connection with subsequent bookings unless you advise Padifoot Pet Care that your pet’s condition or requirements have changed.

13) Your dog will not be walked off the lead without your prior authority and always at your risk. Written and signed consent is required.

14) It is your responsibility to insure your property and your pet. Padifoot Pet Care accepts no liability for damage caused by your pet or an employee of Padifoot Pet Care during an assignment. You will be liable in the event that an employee of Padifoot Pet Care or a third party is injured by your pet.

15) It is recommended that you take out holiday cancellation insurance as Padifoot Pet Care may not be able to accommodate pets who become ill or are injured after the booking is confirmed.

16) Padifoot Pet Care will not be responsible for any pets left alone overnight while the client is away. The client is aware, understands and accepts that we do not offer a house sitting/overnight service. All small animals are left over night in the home of the client entirely at their own risk.

17) You agree that should you return from holiday early and decide to collect your pet before the end of your booking, you will not be entitled to any refund of any payment.

18) You agree that if you cancel giving less than 24 hours notice the total fee is due. You must make this payment either via bank transfer or cash.

19) You agree that if you cancel your booking with less than 8 weeks notice you will lose your full deposit.

20) The owner will collect their pet promptly at the end of the agreed boarding period and in the event of failure by the owner to collect their pet(s) from Padifoot Pet Care on the due date and time, unless an extension is mutually agreed, we reserve the right to re-home the owner’s pet(s) by any reasonable means.

21) The client will indemnify Padifoot Pet Care against any claims for loss or injury caused to Padifoot Pet Care, their property or the Padifoot Pet Care pets which are caused by the client’s pet or as a result of breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or otherwise.

22) If you make any form of payment or sign these terms and condition forms, you are therefore agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.

Dog Walking / Grooming / Training

1) Padifoot Pet Care agrees to provide a high level of service in a respectful and trusting manner. The client will waiver all and any claims against Padifoot Pet Care unless any form of gross negligence was committed on the part of Padifoot Pet Care.

2) Padifoot Pet Care cannot be held responsible for any dog that may cause harm to a person or another dog or damage to property.

3) Padifoot Pet Care cannot be held responsible for any injuries to dogs or any accident the dog may be involved in.

4) It is of the upmost importance that you give full information in relation to the needs and requirements of your pet. Padifoot Pet Care will rely upon the information you give at your initial booking in connection with subsequent bookings unless you advise Padifoot Pet Care that your pet’s condition or requirements have changed.

5) You must ensure that your pet is in good health and free from fleas and is adequately wormed. If you or an employee of Padifoot Pet Care believes your Pet is not in good health we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice on your behalf and you will be liable for the veterinary fees.

5.2) Emergencies: Clients hereby authorise Padifoot Pet Care to take their dog to the vet in emergency. Padifoot Pet Care will endeavour to notify the client of any emergency but in the event of the client being un-contactable the client will accept Padifoot Pet Care will be acting in the dog’s best interests by taking the dog to the vet and meet any subsequent veterinary bills.

6) We cannot accept bookings for badly behaved or aggressive animals. Padifoot Pet Care may terminate an engagement immediately if it is reasonably thought that a Pet is badly behaved or aggressive either towards humans, animals or property. You will be liable if your pet injures a third party or an employee of Padifoot Pet Care. You agree to cover all costs arising from a claim in the event your dog should attack a person or any other animal.

7) Padifoot Pet Care reserves the right to terminate a service with immediate affect due to inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, safety issues and financial issues.

8) All dogs must be accompanied by a lead. The client agrees that dogs will routinely be walked on a lead and only walked off-lead after written and signed consent by the client. The client agrees, understands and accepts that dogs may be walked in groups of up to 4 dogs unless stated and signed for in written consent.

9) Padifoot Pet Care will not be responsible for any keys posted through the letter box or left at a location requested by the client.

10) Padifoot Pet Care business hours are from 07:30 am to 19:30 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 07:30 am to 18:00 pm. A weekend service may be available by prior agreement though it cannot be guaranteed.

11) It is your responsibility to insure your property and your pet. Padifoot Pet Care accepts no liability for damage caused by your Pet or an employee of Padifoot Pet Care during an assignment. You will be liable in the event that an employee of Padifoot Pet Care or a third party is injured by your pet.

12) Padifoot Pet Care will accept as payment cash or bank transfers. If bank transfer, required funds must be made in full and cleared 48 hours prior to service. Deposits are required for all home boarding and pet sitting services as written on services page. The deposit comes off the remaining payment due on day which service begins. 1. Dog grooming services are required to pay upon collection of their pet. 2. Dog walking services are required to pay 50% on the day of walking service and 50% on the last day of service. 3. Dog training services are to be paid each day the training service is required.

13) The client must before give full written details and instructions on care of their pet. Padifoot Pet Care will not be responsible if full instructions are not given in advance on the assignment.

14) The client will indemnify Padifoot Pet Care against any claims for loss or injury caused to either an employee of Padifoot Pet Care, their property or the Padifoot Pet Care pets which are caused by the client’s pet or as a result of breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or otherwise.

15) If you make any form of payment or sign these terms and condition forms you are therefore agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.

Customer Privacy

1) This site is owned and operated by Padifoot Pet Care (herein referred to as “Padifoot’s,” “we” or “us.”). Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us and we want to make your online experience satisfying and safe. By using or accessing this website, you signify your acknowledgment and agreement to this Privacy Policy. Do not use this website if you do not agree to this policy.

2) Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it. Your details will NOT be sold or given to third parties.

3) We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

3.1) We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service and to give updates of monthly offers.

4) Information Padifoot gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience. Under no circumstances does Padifoot divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.

4.1) Our website also allows you to contact us directly with questions or comments regarding our products. This process requires you to give us certain personal information so that you may answer your questions. All opinions, ideas, suggestions, and other feedback submitted via email or our website may be used by Padifoot without any restriction and free of charge.
